Robyn MooYoung, Psy.D.
Dr. MooYoung is a licensed psychologist with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University and over a decade of experience providing compassionate, individualized care. Her clinical work spans hospitals, community mental health centers, and the Department of Veterans Affairs, where she has supported individuals from a wide range of backgrounds and life experiences throughout the lifespan.
Specializing in trauma, family-of-origin issues, and grief and loss, Dr. MooYoung brings a deeply personalized approach to therapy. Drawing from both professional expertise and lived experience, she has a particular passion for working with adult adoptees navigating identity, attachment, and belonging.
Integrating evidence-based cognitive and behavioral approaches with advanced training in psychodynamic and attachment-based methods, Dr. MooYoung works collaboratively with clients to shape care that is intentional and responsive. Her therapeutic presence is warm and conversational, yet thoughtfully direct, creating a space that is both supportive and inquisitive, fostering openness and relational authenticity throughout the healing process.
Catherine Hernandez, LCSW
Catherine Hernandez is a licensed clinical social worker with a Master of Social Work from Baylor University in Waco, Texas. During the course of her training and 15-year career, she has served clients from diverse backgrounds with a focus on vulnerable populations, including veterans, justice-involved teens and their families, and adults struggling with substance use and related behavioral health concerns.
Catherine specializes in treating those suffering from trauma disorders and is trained in trauma-focused evidence based psychotherapies including Prolonged Exposure (PE), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Written Exposure Therapy (WET). She also has extensive training and experience in working with individuals experiencing low motivation for change, substance use, depression, and chronic pain.
Catherine creates a safe and compassionate environment for her clients to identify and explore the challenges that bring them to therapy. Her approach is collaborative and straightforward. Staying true to her training as a social worker, she upholds the social work values in her everyday practice: Dignity and worth of a person, Service, Social Justice, Importance of Human Relationships, Integrity, and Competence.
